This repository is the public listing for the hosted Youth4work MCP server: connection instructions, the registry manifest (server.json) and client config files. There is nothing to install or self-host; the server runs at the URL above.

Authentication

OAuth 2.1 with PKCE: sign in with a Youth4work account or Google (or create an account on the sign-in page). Actions run as the signed-in user, with their consent. The public endpoint https://mcp.youth4work.com/public/mcp needs no sign-in (read-only, 60 requests a minute per IP).

Assessed talent: people ranked by Youth4work talent scores per skill, filterable by Indian city
Jobs: search, recommendations, one-call apply and application tracking
Skill tests and exam mock tests, with scores on the profile
Indian colleges and talent categories
WorkMail messaging between candidates and employers
Employer tools: company profile, job posting, applicant review, candidate matching, custom assessments and reports

Public tools never return contact details. Employers reveal a candidate's contact only through reveal_candidate_contact, as the signed-in user.
