Check My Notes MCP Server
An MCP server for Claude that gives the client access to search, read, and summarize local files and Google Drive.
Setup Instructions
1. Clone and Install Dependencies
git clone https://github.com/IsaacLy7767/Check-My-Notes.git
cd Check-My-Notes
python -m venv .venv
.venv\Scripts\activate
pip install -e .
2. Google API Credentials
- Go to the Google Cloud Console and enable the Google Drive API.
- Download your OAuth 2.0 client credentials and save the file as
credentials.jsonin the root folder of this repository. - On first run, the server will prompt you to authorize access and will automatically generate
token.jsonlocally.
3. Claude Desktop Configuration
Add the server entry to your claude_desktop_config.json:
